If you regularly host dinner parties with cheese boards, you know a good cheese knife set is indispensable. This set includes 4 tools:  flat cheese knife for aged cheeses, a narrow plane knife for large wedges and blocks, a small spade for chipping at hard and dry cheeses, and a cheese fork for picking up pieces of cheese.
