From September to December, it's ubiquitous. This combination of warm spices is perfect for cool weather. The obvious use is in pumpkin pie, but you can also make pumpkin or banana bread with it, flavor your apple pie, or make pumpkin spice cookies. For a twist on snickerdoodles, roll the dough in a sugar/pumpkin spice mixture before baking.
