The Presidio of San Francisco has been a fortified outpost since 1776, and today it's home to many wooded areas, around 25 miles of hiking trails, and scenic views of the bay and the Pacific Ocean.
 
We took inspiration from those forested regions and the historical wildlife to produce a blend that works well with wild game, red meat, and root vegetables. Featuring bold herbs and spices like rosemary, thyme, juniper, and fennel, this seasoning holds up against and complements strong earthy and gamey flavors.
 
Use it as a rub for roasting and grilling, or mix it directly into ground meat for meatballs, burgers and sliders, and even sausage links and patties. The Presidio seasoning will pair with meats like lamb, venison, beef, and pork; and vegetables like carrots, parsnips, and potatoes.
