This seasoning aims to recreate flavors of mole poblano in particular—the sauce known for its spicy, earthy, chocolate flavors. While a dry seasoning can't replace a sauce like that, you can use this blend over fillings for tacos, enchiladas, burritos, or your favorite Mexican dish.
