Maple sugar is made from cooking down maple syrup until the water evaporates and we're left with maple granules. Maple sugar can fully replace sugar in any recipe, or you can cut some regular sugar with it for just a hint of maple flavor. Try it in cookies, cakes, and even in barbecue rubs for that sweet woody flavor only maple can provide.
