Herbes de Provence is an herb blend originating from Southeast France. While some mixes include lavender, ours is a more traditional blend with a balanced mix of rosemary, thyme, oregano, savory, and marjoram. Use this seasoning to flavor grilled fish and meat before it hits the heat. It's also great with grilled vegetables and in soups and stews.
